The Oyster Walk is just across the road. The home is set well back on the block, providing both privacy and adequate space for multiple boats.

Walk up the stairs and you will immediately feel on holiday. A large open plan living area with an extended deck provides ample space for entertaining and relaxing. There is reverse cycle air conditioner, a TV, DVD and holiday DVDs - and of course beautiful water views. The three upstairs bedrooms are spacious and private.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs (external stairs). It has a bathroom and toilet and is ideal for the teenagers, the snorers or guests who want even more privacy.
