Where do I pick up my keys?
Check-in is from 2:00pm on your day of arrival and check out is 10:00am on your day of departure. You will receive a pre-arrival email with information regarding key collection two days prior to your arrival.
What do I need to bring?
It will be clearly stated in your confirmation email and on the property description on our website if linen is
provided. Linen is not supplied unless otherwise stated. If Linen is not provided you will need to supply sheets
and pillowcases, and towels. Bath mats and tea towels are provided.

You need to bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, laundry powder and cleaning supplies) and general condiments (food, coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil etc). There will be plenty of toilet paper in the property for the start of your stay. Please note that not all properties
have a hairdryer. All properties are fully self contained with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday.
Can I check in earlier?
For earlier check-in you can contact our office prior to arrival to check if early check-in is possible. This is dependent on the property being vacant and cleaned and is never guaranteed. Early check-in is not possible during busy times (eg. Christmas and Easter). Check-out is
strictly 10:00am as we are a 24 hour booking service and all cleans are scheduled for 10:00am to allow for same day check-in of new guests.
Do all properties have air conditioning and Wifi?
All of our properties have air-conditioning, however many homes do not have WIFI

What if we leave something in the property?
Please contact the office as soon as possible and we will endeavour to locate the item and have it returned to you.
If a cleaner brings lost property to our office, we will contact you.
