This property is attached to the main house, but has complete privacy with its own entrance and car park.
The one bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and a luxurious king sized bed. The separate bathroom has a vanity, shower and toilet. The outside deck is a lovely place to barbecue and watch the birds in the garden, including the beautiful Port Lincoln parrots.
The property has WIFI, and a smart TV, and the split system will see guests warm in winter and cool in summer
